Nursing Home Administrator

Nursing Home Administrator

Duties and responsibilities: Nursing home administration is a specialized area of medical and health services management. Nursing home administrators work to supervise clinical and administrative affairs of nursing homes and related facilities
Salary: $60,331 - $122,110
Education: Bachelor's Degree / Masters Degree in health administration and are required to complete a state-approved training program and an internship
Reflection: Personally i would not be interested in becoming a nursing home administrator mainly because i will not take care of anyone. This job is necessary but there are people other than me that would be happy to complete this work. Based on my opinions i believe that it takes someone with a good happy heart that gets joy out of helping out elders someone not like me. We all communicate with elders and have some connections to them but not everyone would enjoy nursing them and helping them as a job.
