George Washington

"Associate yourself with men of good quality if you esteem your own reputation; for 'tis better to be alone than in bad company"

-George Washington

Each individual comes with a mind of their own and make decisions differently than they would surrounded by other people. When you  surround yourself with different people at times certain things they do or the way they think tends to rub off on you. Therefore we should delicately choose the people we surround ourselves with. One can surround them self in a good way but if they have bad friends, they can be influenced in a negative way. One could be a bad person but if they surround themselves with good people they will probably start doing better as well. We all choose who we will be surrounded by and the things we will do. It is always better to be alone than in bad company, if you will be influenced in a negative way it is better for you to distance yourself from the bad if you want to do good. Better to not be influenced at all than to be influenced negatively.
