1. I liked that this class has  contains many life lessons and tips for having and improving a good life.
2. I did not like appreciate the fact that we did not have much time with Mr. Haymore.
3. I would recommend to have students work in a couple group assignments mainly to help everyone get to know each other and meet new people.
4. The highlight of this class was going over the sss and taking with me the great information they provide.
5. I really did do my best in this class and i am glad i did.
6. I am completing my 5 minutes of my life planning journal. Some times we do not have time to do our journal in class so i take 5 minutes of my time at home to complete this.
7. I am committed to being a CTR person because i have learned what choosing the wrong will lead to and i do not want to live a CTW life.
8. One thing I learned is how to be a CTR person and i will teach and help others become a CTR person as well.

During the time i spent in this class i have learned many, many things. For one i have learned and will be taking with me characteristics for living a good life. Also on should always be respectful to themselves as well as to those who they are surrounded by. To be a CTR person you need to be committed and determined to always CTR. When you voul to become a CTR person you are required to always do so and be a role model for everyone to see and learn from. Choosing the right will lead anyone to a good life and it is never too late to turn your life around. An example of being a CTR person is to choose to stay home and study for your finals or tests and be prepared rather than to go out with friends. Although many time we would rather have fun and play it cool for a while everything will pay off because in the end you end up with a good grade in the class and the knowledge that you are a CTR person and not wondering what would have happened if you stayed home. Mr. Haymore has had a great impact on many people's lives and i am sure of it. He is a person who wants nothing but the best for him and those who surround him. He has always told us to be the best we can be. He promotes CTR. To be a CTR person is to always choose to do the right thing. When you choose to do the right thing you are making the world a better place. One thing i will always know for sure is to make the right choice. When you don't know what to do and you are doubting yourself as well as your actions you can always choose the right because it will be the right thing to do. As long as you choose the right your life will be heading in the right direction.

The Harmful Effects of Tobacco

1. Smokers have trouble breathing because smoking damages the lungs. If you have asthma, you can have more frequent and more serious attacks. Smoking causes a lot of coughing with phlegm. Tobacco can cause emphysema and lung cancer.

For all want peace. Peace will keep everyone at ease. Character is very important and everyone should consist of it. As to character will maintain everyone in the right direction and doing what they are supposed to do. Beautiful character is for everyone, there is nothing better than great character. When there is order in the nation everyone is doing the same thing. All are completing their parts and doing as they are supposed to. Order in the nation will result in order in each person's life. Nothing would be better than everyone doing as they are told and all working fairly and stable.

1. What are several of the major challenges teens deal with today?

Some challenges many teens are facing are connected to grades, sex, drug and alcohol use, broken homes, bullying, etc.

One major challenge i am dealing with is stress. Stress comes with life, school, and family and can get out of hand but is controllable.

Memorial Day

1. Memorial day is a day in which all do died serving our country and remembered.
2. Memorial day is celebrated on the last monday in May, traditionally it was observed on May 30th.
3. Although there are many ways one can honor this holiday some ways you can show honor on memorial day are by saying thanks, having a barbecue for the troops, support injured service members and their family, and by visiting a veterans cemetery.

5. This Memorial day i will visit a veterans cemetery in honor of the ones who died before our country. My family will also be hosting a barbecue for our family and friends.
6. Memorial day was originally called ‘Decoration Day’. Also all are required to stop and 3 p.m. and remember the ones we lost.
7. Memorial Day is a great day to show all we care and are thoughtful of what others do for us and our country. This is a great day to show most of all respect for the ones who died and their family. All know this commitment is not easy and it takes a brave person to risk themselves and leave their loved ones behind. I feel as if this day was made to show support to most families and let them be aware that their pain remains amongst all others and they are far from alone. From originally being celebrated on May 30th this year it will be celebrated on that day as well. In remembrance to the ones who helped without being asked. We shall always remember even if we never personally met them. As for they gave their life for us without knowing us personally.

If you were able to do whatever it was you lied about you will be able to say the truth overall you brought this on yourself.

Duties and responsibilities: As a yoga therapist you would use yoga to help people with physical and emotional issues or specific health problems.

Reflection: I would enjoy doing yoga for exercise and as a stress relief activity but to be a yoga therapist is not in my options. Yoga is great but you can’t live off this job.

When you have bad values and you value things that you stole or memories from when you did bad that is leading your life the negative way. When you have good values and you value only things that you know are worth valuing you will lead a good and healthy life indicating that you will choose to do good and anything other than that you will part away from your life. Good values are loyalty, self-respect, honesty, etc those values will lead you to good and will bring good into your life. All you need for a good life is a good lifestyles one where you would not have to think twice about doing something that might resolve in trouble and one where everything you ever think about doing and getting done is good and will end in good. This was a good message to spread alright Mr. Prager might not follow it himself as he is known to be a hypocrite and appears to be fairly unliked by many.

Reflection: To become a vet would be great because there are so many animals out in the world and in my community who could use and would really benefit from the help. It would be great to be one to help them and if they’re hurt to help lead them through recovery. Animals are great and should be treated respectfully, although they do not have a voice to speak up for themselves they can be heard and helped with the help of us, people. I believe i would enjoy becoming a veterinarian because its a good job for a good cause.

When doing the right thing a feeling that is often encountered is greatness and self-respect within the person themselves. What beats a feeling of being satisfied with yourself? Doing good will always result in good although you may not always be rewarded for your good actions by others the feeling of accomplishment should overcome that and be enough of a reward itself. A good example of that would be the janitor at the airport that found thousands of dollars in an ipad case and ctr  and turned it into the authorities. The reward the got from the owner was $60 and the man choose to keep none of it instead he shared the money with other in need. Although he was rewarded for it, it seemed like he was not rewarded at all. After his boss gave him a check for over $600 and a boost on his job. This man was rewarded for his kind actions and had no expectations of so.

Reflection: I would but would not like to become an athletic trainer. I would because it seems easy yet interesting then i would not because i would prefer to do something else.

Phillip Riggs Four Success Tips

These four tips are very straightforward and that is needed in the world. We all have things we need to do and be part of and the tips are the key to living a good life. Working hard is always essential and very effective you can achieve anything you want if you work hard and be determined. Always follow your passions, yes this is most important because no appreciated doings things they do not like. Why would anyone waste their time getting a job they do not enjoy when they can work hard to earn a job of their interest. Not chasing after money is another very good way to live a good life, money is very much needed in our life and it is so but that should never be anyone's main focus the thing about money is that the more we have the more we want soon enough you’ll be living off every paycheck eager to get more without being able to appropriately spend it on what you need. I believe we should always be good and do good for others and ourselves. The famous saying “what goes around comes around” could not be any more true considering all that goes on in the life of others and ourselves. Doing good will always have a good effect on you, and when we do good it should be from the heart and no other place. We should all do good to feel good within and let others feel good as well we should not do good if we think we will get an automatic repay for doing so because we might not get granted for our good actions that day or the next it can all take up to years or can never come. Any good doing should ALWAYS be from the heart and nothing less.

World Records

Throughout the world we may encounter a variety of different people who have interest that may differ from ours. There are many different type of world records and there are people for each. There is a records for holding your breath underwater, the longest record for that was 22 minutes. The man named Dane Stig Severinsen managed to keep himself underwater for 22 minutes to beat the record this man also says he hyperventilated with oxygen 19 minutes prior to his attempt. Severinsen has accomplished things such as swimming 500ft underwater in 2mins and 11secs, he began free diving in 2003 and by the end of first year of practicing he had already broken three records. This record was set in 2012.

Summing it up i would have to say that this is one of my favorite records because it proves the things we are capable of doing without knowing so. There are so many things each person can accomplish but no one is ever aware of what they themselves are capable of and/or others like so. This record caught my attention because i have timed myself to see how long I'd manage to stay underwater but i never get anywhere out of the ordinary and to see someone be able to stay underwater for over 20 minutes is remarkable. I would not mind breaking a record but i know i would not attempt to. I would not see myself actually beating anyone or being able to pull something off of this sort and honestly breaking a record or not is not in any of my goals or interest.

When someone does wrong they get nothing. I cannot say how true that is. When you don't do your homework and you tell your teacher that you lost it or forgot it you are doing nothing in favor of yourself. Your teacher will not receive any harm from you not doing your homework contrary you will be the one being harmed because homework will benefit you and shape you to be educated and when you don't do your homework you are cheating yourself from good. Why would anyone choose to do bad and waste their life away when so much could have been achieved if they had remained on the right track they are not doing well but have no one to blame but themselves.

 

Do nursery rhymes have secret interior meanings?

 

Nursery rhymes have been around for a long time, they are very common to be heard being sang to babies from loving mothers. There has times when it is said that these rhymes have a meaning other than what it is intended to mean. Usually what the rhymes mean is something that would have been seen as inappropriate or unaccepted by society at the time.

A Promise

“A promise must never be broken.”

To us all a promise is a commitment that shall never be broken. When you make a promise or give someone your word it is because you will follow through with whatever it is you said. You cannot make a promise and when the time comes just not feel like it and leave everything as it is. It should be within everyone to only give true and real statements that will be completed. If you promise your parents that you will meet them to lunch at 12pm and you’re stuck at that time with work call ahead and notify your parents whether you’ll be late or not be able to make it. Letting your parents know will give them a heads up that you will not be meeting them at 12 and it will let them rearrange whether they’ll have lunch with or without you based on their schedule. Same goes to meetings, practices, celebrations, etc. Never should anyone break a promise always coming to a compromise would be the best outcome.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Duties and responsibilities: The profession of nursing is becoming increasingly complex as patient care is moving out of hospitals and into outpatient and primary care settings.

Salary: $66,640

Education:  Diploma to a bachelor’s degree

Demand: Understanding the supply, distribution, and educational pipeline of nurses is key to designing programs and policies that will ensure access to care and an effective health care system

Reflection: A registered nurse is obviously needed in clinics and hospitals. This job seems rather boring for my interest.

Throughout our lifetime we will come across making many decisions. Some may be important and others just necessary. We should do nothing less than making the right decision. If you come across a decision you have to make and you are unsure of what to do, you should always go by choosing the right one. We do not need reasons to do the right thing, it should be something we should want to do just because it is the right and better thing to do. We should always have the thought of doing the right thing and it should always be with us in our conscious. Decisions are made to choose the right one. Whether you study or go out with friends the right thing to do would be to study so you are prepared and ready for the test rather than unprepared and had wasted a good night better spent studying.

Reflection: This is a job that caught my attention. I am thinking of possibly going for this career and see where it leads to.

Why is it that in our world there is so much bad? Our world contains of a mixture of good and bad but is outdone by bad. That would be because bad is promoted to be so much easier and you will get the same outcome as you would working for it. Although doing bad will have consequences that is a risk for each individual to choose for themselves. This is why we should promote things that are sound and good. We should promote not littering because that is a big problem that could be solved with each person doing their part and that would make a great difference. Also to promote being kind to everyone. if everyone was kind and nice to each other the world would be by far much better. There are many other things that could be done in order to promote good and with little changes the world would be at a much better place than now.

Cytotechnologist

Duties and responsibilities: Cytotechnologists employed by hospitals or other medical centers spend their days in the laboratory, analyzing patient biopsies.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Cytotechnology prepares a student for a career as a technologist

Demand: examine slides of human cells for any indication that a cell is abnormal and/or diseased

Reflection: This job is interesting enough for itself but none of my interest.

Anyone who remains to be true is anyone worth keeping along. Who stands true will always be true and will always know to do whats right and leave when they have to. There is no one that is true to something, anything and does as opposed. Abe Lincoln was a true man, always seen for that and remembered as so. He was a man of his word and knew what was the right thing to do and managed to do so no matter how long it took him. Abraham Lincoln should be someone that everyone should learn from and act as, to be a true man is to be Lincoln.

Seaworld

Seaworld is the ideal touristic place. It is very fun, interesting, and entertaining. The thing about seaworld is that the animals they are ahold of are not given the correct space, and care they need and deserve. Seaworld captures their animals from the wild to be put in a much smaller tank for the rest of their lives. Seaworld is determined to take the baby orcas from their families and train them to make profit off them with “Family Entertainment”. When dealing with an accident with involves the death of an animal in the wild the workers were told to cut the animals open, stuff their body with rocks, and let them sink to the bottom of the ocean getting rid of evidence than they had killed these animals.
