Presidents Day

Presidents Day is a national holiday celebrated on the third Monday of February. Presidents Day is a day made to honor all presidents that have lead our country to greatness, Presidents Day also was originally established to be celebrated on February 22nd which was George Washington's day of birth. To honor our presidents on this day we can do several things that show appreciation towards them as to cooking foods our president liked, visit presidents memorial centers, go to historical museums regarding the past leaders of out country, visit historical lakes and rivers, and mainly be a good citizen. In many pictures regarding Presidents Day our presidents George Washington and Abraham Lincoln will appear because both their birthdays happened to be in the month of February although George Washington is seen more because he was our first president.
